These Terms & Conditions govern the SMS (text message) notification program offered by our studio ("we," "us," or "our") through our event ordering page. By providing your mobile number and selecting text notifications when you place an order, you agree to these terms.

Program description

Our SMS program sends you transactional updates about an order you place with us at an event:

These are one-to-one, order-related messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through this program.

How to opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile phone number on our order page and selecting Text or Email + Text as your notification method. Providing your number for an order is your consent to receive the order-related texts described above for that order.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your order activity — typically one to two messages per order.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We do not charge you for the messages.

To stop messages: reply STOP to any text. You'll receive one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, and we won't send further texts for that order.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network availability.

Privacy

Your mobile number is used only to send the order notifications described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
