This Privacy Policy explains how our studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you place an order through our event ordering page and when we send you order notifications by email or text message (SMS).

Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect only what we need to fulfill it and keep you informed:

Your name — to identify your order at our booth.
Email address — to send your order confirmation and a notification when your order is ready.
Mobile phone number — if you choose text notifications, to send order updates by SMS.
Order details — the item, personalization, and options you selected.

How we use your information

To prepare and fulfill your order at the event.
To send you an order confirmation and a "ready for pickup" notification by your chosen method (email, text, or both).
To respond to questions about your order.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you provide your mobile number and select text notifications at the time you order, you consent to receive SMS messages from us about that order — a confirmation and a message when it's ready for pickup.

Message frequency varies and is tied to your order activity (typically one to two messages per order).

We do not share your mobile information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Mobile information may be shared only with the service providers that help us deliver these messages (for example, our SMS provider), solely for that purpose.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that operate the ordering and notification system on our behalf — the queued. platform by Llab Technologies (order management), our email provider, and our SMS provider (Twilio) — and only as needed to fulfill your order and send your notifications. These providers are bound to use the information only for those purposes.

Data retention

We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfill the order and for our ordinary business records, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below.

Your choices

Text messages: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them.
Access or deletion: contact us to request a copy or deletion of your information.

Children's privacy

Our ordering page is intended for adults placing orders at events. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent change.
